Hi I’m Joe. 

I am a qualified Sports Therapist and specialise in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. As well as being skilled with hands on treatments, I also believe it is important to guide the patient through their rehabilitation programme and help them progress based on their individual goals. 

Everybody is different, which means our assessments and treatments should be tailored to the individual based on what we find and what that person wants to get back to doing.
